:( my dad's in hospital and my mum's being all silly about it. it's some pancreas gall bladder type thingy. they won't really know till monday when he gets an ultrasound. he's been in and out for a week ish tho and they only just told me bah.. i coulda come home this weekend. they tricked me!
anyway it's too late to go home now really so i'll probably come back next weekend but i won't really have time to see anyone cos i'll be looking after the both of them. hopefully by then they'll both be home and i can just cook meals, look after pets and stuff. alex'll prob drive me back but otherwise i'll get a train. hopefully mum will pay :( poor daddy. just spoke to him on the phone and he's all trying to sound happy. at first he was trying to tell me not to come home but when i said alex might be driving he was really happy for me to come home. i can tell he really wants me there and him n mum have done so much for me recently i just wanna be there for them.
mm alex just hugged me n said it's a month and 6 days till my birthday :D that means it's a month n 5 days till my dads. gonne get him something amazing! (dunno what yet....)
otherwise i'm pretty happy, going out for a meal tonight with the 'maths crew' (how cool are we?) we are actually pretty cool cos i'm in it, so's alex (wow) and ness n tania are my fittest friends (score) plus matty pearce who continues to amaze me with his humour
then i'll prob go home cos don't want back to get bad next week so i can look after parents properly.
last night saw terminator at cinema! was pretty good! it's part of 'yorkshires top 5 films' which includes batman for some strange reason...
in other news even more people in my halls have mumps so i finally called my mum to ask if i need another jab and it turns out i had mumps when i was a kid! dunno why but i find that really cool... also i have a cold :(
argh alex is talking to me and it's hard to ignore him and type this ;) (sorry hun but you are talking about your speakers for the millionth time.. hee hee audiophile)

firstly, sorry fwann but i love stupid romantic days. alex made me the cutest card ever and then wrote in it i'm not allowed to show it anyone which spoils all my fun...
he took me to surprise restaurant and i had the BEST CURRY I'VE EVER HAD (and i've had a lot)

i just bought him some crap including a very retarded looking hedgehog :S and a paper shredder hee hee

anyway we celebrated valentine's day on sunday cos today is my mate's jess's bday and i love her so much i'm staying free for it! can't wait for pub crawl tonight (need to get out more)
don't have any more time to write cos have to meet alex to go house hunting for him in 20 mins (plsplspls let him get the house next to me or the stone house *sulks*)

i get the internet in my room in a week yayayayay this is gonna be so bad for my work...
well we're living with smegal. She's in the basement though and I'm in the attic! It's the most beautiful house. I'll take some pics soon and put them up for all to see. No one living in it at the mo cos they're renevating it which means no nasty smells, no messy grossness and new everything including carpets and sofas and SINKS IN THE ROOMS woo!
my room is so pretty, all sloping walls and i'm already deciding what to paint it. We saw a really gorgeous other house that was painted really well so i want green and blue walls like that. I want it really cosy and cool
me so happy
